Donald
Varian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Akron
in Political Science.
He was a member of the United States Army
Adjutant General Branch, receiving the
rank of First Lieutenant.
He received his law degree from the American
University College of Law, Washington,
D.C.
During law school, he was contributing editor to
and a member of the Washington
College of Law's Law Review.
Don is married with four children in college,
law school and graduate school.
Special Counsel
for the Ohio State Attorney General's Office 2003 to 2007.
He has been active in the Summit County, Ohio,
community including his church,
political activities, and a variety of positions on boards of
non-profit and charitable
organizations.
In 2008 Mr. Varian served as Chairman of the Summit County Board of Elections, Akron, Ohio.
Selected to Ohio Super Lawyers every year from 2004 through 2009.
PRACTICE AREAS
Don Varian concentrates his practice by representing defendants who have been charged with Driving Under The Influence, DUI, and other related criminal and traffic matters.
His practice also includes clients who have been injured by Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury and other types of civil or business litigation.
